LEAD TIME Orders received before 3 pm Pacific Standard Time are shipped the same day, FOB Tualatin, Oregon.

For local deliveries in and around the Portland Oregon area we offer same day delivery. Service options are: 1.5 hour, 3 hour and by end of day. Our standard delivery method is by UPS. Freight will be charged at our UPS cost. We are also happy to ship your orders on your own UPS account when requested. Please Note : Some orders are dispatched from fulfilment warehouses nearer to your location. On these occasions, we are unable to utilize your shipping accounts.

DAYS DELIVERY

The map shows the estimated number of days it takes to deliver your order via our normal UPS ground service. Alaska and Hawaii : Orders going to Alaska and Hawaii can be shipped by: UPS 1 day, 2 day or 5 day ground service. US mail service is also available. Please include your chosen preference when you place your order.

We do not have the facility to ship by FedEx. If you wish us to utilize your FedEx account we will make every effort to do so. In the event that orders need to be rushed to the FedEx depot, the corresponding local delivery rates above may apply.
