TERMS & CONDITIONS PAYMENT TERMS: Our terms are strictly NET 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5% may be added for a past due balance and a $25.00 service charge will be assessed for any returned check. Delinquent accounts subsequently paid by credit card will incur a 3% finance charge. Note: Please be advised that if payments are not received in a timely manner accounts may be subject to future orders being held and line of credit removed. Any costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information provided to MtM will be invoiced as a separate charge following the order. CREDIT DEPARTMENT: Our Credit Department is always willing to work with you if payment problems arise. Timely communication with us will avoid any misunderstanding, which could impair your credit with MtM (Marketing & Technical Materials, Inc.) RETURNS: At MtM, we guarantee the performance of every product we sell. However, if a product does not perform as expected, we will be happy to provide a return authorization number (RMA #) then once the materials have been received in our warehouse, MtM will provide a credit or replacement. MtM will accept returns for reasons other than quality within 3 months of the original invoice date, with a 15% re-stocking fee, (20% for roll material) subject to a $7.50 minimum and any freight costs remaining payable. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA# and, other than defective products, must be unopened, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Returns are not accepted for special order items such as cut down material, non-stock colors or non-stock sizes.
