EXTRA HEAVYWEIGHT ID CARDS

The concept of these cards came about when a customer needed to produce a thicker card than their copier was capable of running. This unique material has a perf down the middle of the card and pressure sensitive coating covering the back surface. you print the front and back of the cards on one side of the sheet, then you simply peel the card off the backing sheet like a label and fold in half. This allows you to run a 11mil (270gsm) sheet and achieve a 16pt 350 gsm card. A two-side printed heavy weight card is achieved in a single pass. no need to duplex, both front and back are on the same side. Simply print, peel and fold to achieve a 16pt rigid card. Card size 3.38” x 2.11”
