We understand sometimes an actual sample of a material is needed to help you decide if it will meet the intended application. With this in mind, we can offer you the following options to help make your decision easier. For actual, usable, product samples. We are happy to send samples of up to 3 different products free of charge. For all sample requests we do ask to either be provided with a UPS account number to cover the shipping costs or we can ship on our UPS account and invoice you at our cost. For current account customers, if you have an order shipping soon we would be happy to include sample items with your order. Can I request additional samples? We are more than happy to provide your first 3 product samples, free of charge! Each sample is approximately 3 sheets so if you require a larger quantity we are happy to provide a box of material on a sale or return basis. We also sell some materials by the sheet to accommodate small jobs and larger sample requirements. Want it faster? If you want your items even sooner, we can accommodate your request. We are currently only able to provide samples to customers located in the continental U.S. , Hawaii, Alaska and Canada, who can receive UPS shipments. To help in determining if the materials requested are suitable for the application and the type of equipment you have, we may ask for the machine make and model number and how the product is going to be used. We are not being nosy, we just want to make sure we help get things right the first time. Please note: We do offer imaged samples and swatches for the majority of our materials. Quite often these imaged examples are more than adequate to show you or your customers the image quality and feel of the materials.
