The easy way to make thick rigid business cards on your office copier!

The concept of these cards came about when a customer needed to produce a thicker business card than their copier was capable of running.

The solution was to produce a unique material. Butterfly style, sometimes known as FatCards, are diecut into the media with both the front and back of the card connected with a hinge in the middle.

You print the front and back of the cards on one side of the sheet, then you simply peel the card off the backing sheet like a label and fold in half. A pressure sensitive coating covering the back surface. permanently welds the two halves together.

These butterfly style business cards are going to change how you think about premium business cards. This product has a sleek design and is available in 2 paper stocks, our RosePetal paper and a new 17 Pt. blotter paper. A waterproof synthetic version is also available. Paper business cards are 3.5” x 2” Polyester business cards are 3.38” x 2.11” Drink coasters are 3.75” x 3.75”
