Water proofing and UV Lamination Spray PrintShield spray is a lacquer-based product which was developed to increase protection from light, water, moisture, airborne contaminants and even fingerprints Its non-yellowing formula increases the ability of the ink jet material to reject moisture while also increasing the UV resistance by a factor of two. The low solid formula maintains the surface character of the stock allowing the product to be used on a variety of ink jet media surfaces including photobase, canvas and banner vinyls. Also works great with RC photo papers.

Testing by Wilhelm Imaging Research indicated significant increases in print permanence ratings.

An added benefit of using PrintShield is an increase in the scuff resistance of the prints. Each 400 ml aerosol can has the capacity to finish approximately 75 8.5” x 11” prints.
