Thermal lamination film is a decorative film that has been extrusion coated with a thermal adhesive so that a heated lamination nip roll will activate the adhesive layer causing the film to adhere to a printed paper surface.

Low Heat CL Grade Thermal Lamination 220 0 to 250 0

CL thermal laminating films are premium grade, thin polyester base films, featuring a low adhesive melt temperature which increases production speeds and reduces silvering and film distortion. A copolymer adhesive provides excellent adhesion to a wide variety of materials. CL films are perfect for high-speed applications for both one-sided and two-sided laminating. CL films are recommended for laminating color copies and other digitally produced originals. Also available on 2.25” and 3” cores.

CR thermal laminating films are general purpose, polyester based, light gauge films designed for two side laminating. Utilizing a standard polyethylene adhesive layer, these films lend themselves to economical laminating of printed documents. These rolls require a higher temperature setting than our CL grade films. Temperature range from 250° to 300°. Also available on 2.25” and 3” cores.
